Our office is organized as a studio practice. This approach challenges everyone in the office to produce at their highest potential and offers talented young designers an opportunity for a challenging apprenticeship in architecture. Maintaining a staff of approximately sixteen professionals, design teams work collaboratively in an open studio, coming together for investigative discussions and creative brainstorming.
